1. How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want to order, select the correct variant if necessary, and add it to your shopping cart.
Then proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and securely complete your order using one of our payment methods.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
2. What is the delivery time of my order?

Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping to Germany, the shipping costs are €5.99.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.

Yes, we also ship internationally.
Currently, we ship to Belgium and Germany, in addition to the Netherlands.

2. What are DRIP PADEL rackets made of?

Our rackets are made of 100% carbon.
This makes for a light, sturdy, and durable racket that feels great on the court.
3. What playing level are the DRIP PADEL rackets suitable for?

Our rackets are suitable for both beginner and advanced players.

Thanks to the combination of comfort, control, and power, they are designed to play well at various levels.
However, which racket best suits your playing style and experience may vary per model.
4. What is the difference between a round and a diamond-shaped racket?

A round racket offers more control, precision, and a larger sweet spot,
which provides extra stability during rallies.

A diamond-shaped racket is more focused on power and offensive play,
ideal for powerful smashes and aggressive shots.

Both shapes are strong, but which one suits you best depends on your playing style and preference on the court.

Maintenance & Usage

1. How do I clean my racket?

Clean your racket with a soft, dry cloth.
If there is more dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry the racket thoroughly afterwards.
Avoid aggressive cleaning agents.
2. How do I best store my racket?

Store your racket in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or cold.
A protective cover or racket bag helps to protect your racket extra well.
3. How do I make my racket last longer?

Clean your racket regularly and store it properly.
Avoiding extreme temperatures and unnecessary hard impact will keep your racket in top condition longer.

Returns & Payments

1. Which payment methods do you accept?

You can securely pay for your order using the payment methods displayed during checkout.
2. Can I return my order?

Ja, je kunt je bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst retourneren.

Het product moet wel:

  • Ongebruikt zijn
  • In originele staat verkeren
  • Geen gebruikssporen hebben
  • (Indien van toepassing) de handvatseal nog intact hebben

Belangrijk: een padelracket mag alleen worden bekeken zoals in een winkel. Is ermee gespeeld of is de handvatseal verwijderd? Dan kunnen we de retour weigeren of een waardevermindering toepassen.

Meld je retour aan via contact@drippadel.nl met je naam, ordernummer en product.

Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening (tenzij het product defect of verkeerd geleverd is).
Na ontvangst krijg je je geld binnen 14 dagen terug.
